FAQs
❯
- •Who is the X-Vape Roffu best suited for?
The X-Vape Roffu is a good option for patients who want strong flavour, fast heat-up times and a high level of control over their sessions. It offers true convection heating in a portable device that balances performance with convenience, including a removable battery. - •How do I clean and maintain the X-Vape Roffu?
Empty the chamber after each session and use the included brush or tool to remove any leftover debris. For a deeper clean, wipe the chamber with isopropyl alcohol once the device has cooled, and occasionally run it at maximum temperature for a couple of minutes to burn off any residue. Regular maintenance helps preserve flavour, maintain smooth airflow and extend the life of your device. - •Are replacement parts available?
Yes, a range of accessories and replacement parts are available, including quartz or stainless-steel chambers, mouthpieces, filters and spare batteries. - •What’s the X-Vape Roffu’s battery life in real-world use?
The Roffu uses a replaceable 18650 battery and can deliver roughly 6–8 sessions per charge, depending on your temperature and usage mode. As the battery is removable, you can carry a spare battery and swap it in seconds.

I purchased the Fenix NEO Dry Herb Vaporiser which was despatched and received in a timely manner. The device is of the highest quality, I think I'm qualified to say having purchased a dozen or so models over the past decade. Some or most I try for a couple of medications to then toss them in a draw. This one however has potential to become my go to device. It's a convection oven, I normally prefer conduction however in recent times I've found conduction vapour gets harsh. This convection model is proving to cool the vapour nicely. The unit is sturdy with a pleasant rubberised coating and nicely sized oven capable of ~ 0,25g of flower when not packed too tightly, but I rarely need this much for my evening medication. I can recommend this item.
