FAQs ❯
- •Who is the Arizer Air SE best suited for? The Air SE is a good option for patients who want reliable vapour quality in a simple, affordable and portable device. It’s well suited to light to moderate users who don’t require advanced customisation settings.
- •How do I clean and maintain the Arizer Air SE? After each session, tap out any remaining material or use a brush if needed. To clean the glass parts, soak them in isopropyl alcohol for a couple of hours and then rinse them thoroughly with hot water. Ensure glass aroma parts are fully dry before use.
- •Are replacement parts available? Yes, replacement glass aroma tubes, stems, screens and other accessories are available. Many patients like to keep spare tubes on hand so they can rotate them while others are being cleaned.
- •What’s the Arizer Air SE’s battery life in real-world use? Depending on the temperature setting and general usage patterns, the Air SE battery will usually last for around 80 minutes per charge. The replaceable battery allows carrying a spare to swap out when needed. Full charge takes approximately 3.5 hours, but partial charging can be used immediately.

I purchased the Fenix NEO Dry Herb Vaporiser which was despatched and received in a timely manner. The device is of the highest quality, I think I'm qualified to say having purchased a dozen or so models over the past decade. Some or most I try for a couple of medications to then toss them in a draw. This one however has potential to become my go to device. It's a convection oven, I normally prefer conduction however in recent times I've found conduction vapour gets harsh. This convection model is proving to cool the vapour nicely. The unit is sturdy with a pleasant rubberised coating and nicely sized oven capable of ~ 0,25g of flower when not packed too tightly, but I rarely need this much for my evening medication. I can recommend this item.
